Improving wheelchair taxi availability

New rules will make wheelchair taxis more accessible and available for those that rely on them.

The new rules provide incentives for both drivers and operators to accept wheelchair passengers and also set minimum monthly wheelchair passenger trips per taxi and extend the operating life of licensed vehicles.
