Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition – September 2024

Next year’s Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition is to be held in Melbourne, having been located in Brisbane and Adelaide previously.

The Department of State Growth has been supporting industry to attend Land Forces since 2016, through underwriting the cost of professional exhibition stands. The event has proved particularly beneficial having played a major role in connecting a small Tasmanian composites manufacturer with its first ever land vehicle defence contract. This success shows the immense opportunities that the exposure through expos can deliver.

Since 2016 approximately five Tasmanian companies have become directly involved in land vehicle programs for the Australian Defence Force.

Expressions of interest for Land Forces 2024 will open in early 2024.
