Fine Food Australia, September 2023

Fine Food Australia is the country’s largest trade exhibition for the foodservice, hospitality and retail industries. The event presents new and innovative products from around Australia and internationally, as well as live demonstrations, masterclasses and industry recognised competitions. The show runs annually and alternates between Sydney and Melbourne.

Fine Food Australia 2023 was held in Sydney from 11 to 14 September. The event provided a platform for Tasmanian businesses to reignite business conversations, foster face-to-face connections with quality decision-makers, and find and discuss opportunities for collaboration with like-minded businesses. The event was attended by over 20,000 visitors from the food retail, hospitality, bakery and foodservice industries. Over 1,000 international byers were also in attendance, from more than 60 countries, including New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and the United States.
