China International Import Expo - November 2023

The sixth China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre from 5 to 10 November 2023. As China’s premier import-themed national level expo, more than 3,486 enterprises from 154 countries and regions participated in 2023. CIIE provides an ideal platform for Australian businesses to enhance collaborations with China.

The Department of State Growth participated at CIIE 2023 as part of Austrade’s Australian Pavilion, located within the Food and Agricultural Products Hall. The Tasmanian Trade and Investment Advocate to Greater China, Vivian Zhao, was in attendance supporting exhibitors showcasing at CIIE for the first time, as well as to support Tasmanian businesses that already export to China.
