FOODEX Japan, March 2023

Tasmania is an island uniquely positioned to produce exquisite food and drink. With the world’s cleanest air, unusually rich soils, a temperate climate, and access to pure rainwater, there’s really no place like it. Increasingly our products are being recognised on a global stage and winning international awards. International restaurateurs know that Tasmania produces the most sublime cheeses, whiskies and gins, gourmet salts, and fruits and vegetables.

FOODEX Japan 2023, held in Tokyo from 7-10 March, attracted 73,789 trade buyers from around Japan and the world. The TASMANIAN stand was a highlight at the event and generated much interest from existing and potential new buyers and customers.
