Tasmanian produce showcased in Japan

Tasmania’s valuable food and beverage industries have been centre stage at Tokyo’s annual FOODEX Expo.

More than 75,000 buyers from over 80 countries attend FOODEX and for the first time Tasmania was directly showcased through a ‘Tasmania’ pavilion at the expo that included Fruit Growers Tasmania, Tru-Blu Berries and Westerway Raspberry Farm.

Attended by buyers from across Asia and the world, it is a fantastic opportunity for Tasmanian producers to strengthen existing relationships and make new business connections to grow the supply chain that delivers our produce to international markets.
