2025 Tasmanian Agritourism Regulatory Review Report released

The 2025 Tasmanian Agritourism Regulatory Review Report builds on an initial review completed in 2022 and maps the regulatory permits and approvals required to establish an agritourism business in Tasmania

The report makes recommendations that fall broadly into the areas of ensuring that the regulatory environment is fit for purpose, providing easily accessible information to support agritourism businesses in the regulatory process, creating awareness amongst planners and regulatory officers of the agritourism industry, and increasing the capacity of regulators to assess agritourism proposals.
