Driver assessments suspended
Due to the unfolding COVID-19 situation, and with due consideration of the wellbeing of both our staff and clients, all government-delivered driver assessments have been suspended.
This will affect approximately 1 800 bookings across our 21 assessment sites around the state that were made prior to closing the booking system on 20 March 2020.
This will affect bookings that were in place through to 15 May 2020 with the Driver Assessment Unit already experiencing a high number of ‘no shows’ and cancellations prior to taking this decision.
Clients with imminent bookings are being contacted by the Driver Assessment Unit and will not lose their booking fee.
