Registration of Interest – Market Sounding Process

On 17 December 2024, the Tasmanian Government invited suitably experienced and interested parties to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for an upcoming market sounding process for urban renewal of Hobart’s Macquarie Point precinct including the Multipurpose Stadium.

The ROI process closed at 2:00pm (AEDT) on 17 January 2025. The market sounding process is anticipated to commence in Quarter 1 2025.
