Artsource
Artsource MAX membership is only available to individual practising artists and combines a comprehensive public liability insurance package with the Artsource PLUS membership.

Dance and performing arts insurance for artists, teachers, students, associations and more, including public liability, property, accident and other insurance and information.

Duck for Cover
A not-for-profit association that exists to provide low cost public liability and personal accident cover for performers.

National Association for the Visual Arts
Professional membership offers visual artists, craft or design practitioners cover for public liability, products liability, professional indemnity extension, tenant's liability and property in custody or control insurance, all in one package.

Regional Arts Victoria
Membership is open to practicing professional artists (working for profit) who have an ABN. Members can choose to take out Public Liability Insurance at an additional yearly charge for $10 million or $20 million cover for practice throughout Australia.

Australian Tax Office – arts industry ruling
This ruling by the Australian Tax Office recognises the arts industry as a legitimate profession. This website provides arts practitioners with important definitions and guidelines about how arts practice is now recognised under the Income Tax Act.

Copyright Agency
Dedicated visual artists' copyright agency that licenses the copyright in artistic works and pays the artist or copyright owner a royalty for the reproduction of their work.
